Avocado Dipping Sauce

Healthy Kids Recipe - They Will Love

Super-smooth and creamy and tastes so fresh and flavoursome!  Use as a dipping sauce for fish fingers, croquettes or veggie sticks. Dollop spoonfuls over steamed vegetables, fritters, nachos or tacos. Or for a thinner sauce, add a little olive oil or water to drizzle over salad.

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Greek or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Or use handheld blender or simply mash with a folk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
